Job Description
A Solutions Architect designs and delivers technology solutions tailored to meet business requirements. They work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals and develop a technology strategy that aligns with these objectives. Solutions Architects bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, providing high-level architecture, ensuring scalability, and integrating systems seamlessly across the organization.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into effective technical solutions.
Design architecture and select appropriate technologies to meet project requirements, focusing on scalability, flexibility, and reliability.
Create high-level solution blueprints, including technical diagrams and data flows, to guide development teams.
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in all solutions.
Assess and recommend technology stacks, software, and integration approaches that align with the organization’s goals.
Lead and mentor development teams through the implementation of the architectural framework.
Oversee the integration of various systems, ensuring a cohesive, efficient, and optimized technology environment.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology solutions, including scalability and integration challenges.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform future projects.

Proven experience in solution architecture within large-scale or complex environments. Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience
:5+ years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, and technology consulting:Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement end-to-end architecture for complex projects. Hands-on experience with system integration, data management, and cloud technologies. 3+ years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud):Skilled in deploying, managing, and scaling solutions across multi-cloud environments, with a strong understanding of best practices for security, cost optimization, and resource management. Experience designing architectures that incorporate cloud-native technologies like serverless functions, Kubernetes, and containerization. Experience in software development and architecture design:Familiar with software development methodologies and has worked closely with development teams, providing guidance on coding standards, code reviews, and quality assurance. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or .NET) to support hands-on design and troubleshooting. Proven track record in large-scale, enterprise-level environments:Successfully led solution design and implementation for enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability needs. Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and delivering solutions aligned with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. Experience with compliance and governance frameworks:Worked within frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS to ensure that solutions meet regulatory and security requirements. Familiarity with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and industry standards to maintain best practices.
