Job Description
A Scrum Master facilitates the effective adoption and practice of Agile methodologies within a team, focusing on optimizing team dynamics, removing obstacles, and ensuring a productive work environment. They are responsible for coaching the team on Scrum practices, fostering a collaborative culture, and helping ensure that project goals align with business objectives. A strong Scrum Master promotes team autonomy, builds transparency, and enables teams to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
Responsibilities
Guide the team and organization on Agile principles, and help establish a productive, supportive, and self-organized team culture.
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring Agile practices are followed effectively.
Remove impediments or escalate them to management to ensure continuous progress.
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on delivering the highest value work.
Track and report project progress using metrics like burn-down charts, team velocity, and other performance indicators.
Coach team members on Agile practices, including helping new or junior members understand their roles.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure the team is aligned with project objectives.
Continuously evaluate and improve team processes to maximize productivity and predictability.
Maintain a safe environment for open discussion, encouraging team members to share ideas and concerns.

:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. Experience working with Agile teams in a software development environment. Knowledge of additional Agile methodologies, such as Lean or SAFe.
Experience
:1-3 Yrs of Human Resources Leadship
Skills
:Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban. Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. Ability to coach teams in Agile practices and build team motivation. Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar project management software).
